Past Seminars & Workshops: Women's Health
A woman will go through many distinct transitions within her lifetime including puberty, menses, pregnancy/childbirth, peri-menopause and menopause. Each of these transitions is associated with physical, mental and emotional changes that impact a woman’s life as well as those around her. Often, many negative symptoms are associated with these transitions, including PMS, cramping/pains, nausea, hot flashes and mood swings. However, just because these negative symptoms are common, does not mean they are optimal or inevitable.
There are many natural things a woman can do to increase the ease of these transitions to allow them to be enjoyed rather than feared. Our Women’s Health seminars and workshops focus on the reasons why imbalances occur throughout a woman’s lifetime and what she can do to restore harmony and balance naturally.
In addition to our ongoing seminars and workshops, we have our most popular seminar “Natural Approaches to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)” available on CD or cassette. This informative, scientifically based program will allow women to design an easy, effective and customized plan to address their symptoms and restore balance as they progress through the natural transitions at mid-life and beyond.
